We take great pride in our products and hope you are delighted with your purchase or gift from Cute As A Bug. If for some reason you are not 100% satisfied, we will do everything we can to resolve your issue.

Within 15 days from the date your order was placed you may return the item for a full refund. After 15 days and up until 30 days after your order was placed, we will refund the item and provide you with an online store credit. Please note, you will be refunded the cost of the product, however the shipping charges are non-refundable. The shipping cost incurred to return the item is also at the purchaser's expense. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the merchandise is not in its original condition or packaging.

All sale items and special orders are final sales. 

Need To Return An Item? 
If you would like to return an item, please follow the simple steps below: 

Step 1: Collect the item(s) you wish to return (please be sure to include all packaging and labels) and place in the original shipping box if you still have it, or an appropriately sized box. Be sure to package the items so that they arrive intact. 

Please note: Items MUST be in complete resaleable condition; in the original packaging with all packaging complete otherwise a credit will not be issued.  

Step 2: Place your item(s) in the shipping box.

Step 4: Go to your local Post outlet or courier of choosing, you will be responsible for return shipping charges, be sure to get a tracking number.  Please note: We will refuse any packages sent COD. Be sure to pay for your return shipment at the time you send it. 

Resolution
You can expect that your return will be resolved within 7 business days of receipt of your return. Once the product has been received and is determined to be in resalable condition a refund will be credited to your credit card or a cheque will be issued and mailed to you. You will receive a confirmation email.

How are taxes calculated on orders?
Canadian residents – all orders are subject to 5% Goods and Services Tax (GST). PST (Provincial Sales Tax) & HST (Harmonized sales tax) are not charged on any shipments, so please contact your provincial government for instructions on how to self-assess and remit the tax.
